need to write contract for fha 203k realtor and the lender does not appear to have any idea?
found a great house, Short sale already approved and the contract fell through, turns out they have until tomorrow to get a new contract submit.i want to submit, but it should inside a little work, new carpet, paint, appliances, fumigation, remodel master turn bathrooms.possibly half bath room, full bathroom, if possible (it's a biggie). how to streamline the work of 203k? no pre-approval letter need to include the amount of renovation? i say offer 200k and 20k need to renovate, not to a letter sent prior approval necessary State 220k in the bank? estate agent and loan officer or broker both seem clueless on simplifying this.can I do 203k or 203k doe sit have to be traditional?
