How can loosen and remove a stubborn nut on my kitchen faucet?

Currently I am replacing my kitchen faucet and turned the supply water without any problem. Now I'm trying to loosen the nut to remove the faucet and NO Budge. I even bought a special wrench to try to get there, but is a bit too small. Any tips for loosening or any special tools? Thank you!
