Should I go for him or not?
So I started my sophomore year and in my accounting class I had a mix of upper class men and lower class men. One day, I got an IM form FB on my phone and it was from a guy in my accounting class. He talked about the homework first, and gradually got into regular conversation. He was trying to hit on me, it was obvious. So he got my number and we said we'd talk the next day. Now, he's exceptionally cute but the problem is my friend (we'll call her Tamara) likes this guy a lot. And they do text, but he's made it clear he only likes her as a friend. But she still thinks she has a chance. Now I do like her, but this guy told me when he said something about me to her she said stuff like "She doesn't like you, you're not her type." I never said any of those things. He really likes me and I would want to see how nice and how this relationship could go, but I don't know if Tamara will be upset. My best friend said that she's too caddy and not worth it. What's your opinion?
