Use secured by epoxy bolts, you can get a force of 31 thousand pounds on, or £ 16 000 to shear force, with a "bolt diameter installed 18.75" 1.25 deep in concrete, using Simpson Company at (acrylic) epoxy. Low Voltage and shear loads can be achieved with smaller diameter bolts, installed in shorter holes. These are comparable to charges supported by their SSTB foundation bolts embedded.
