How do I get a toggle bolt out of the ceiling?

Now I the toggle bolt can't come out. How do I get the screw out of the toggle bolt? It's obviously just spinning around in the ceiling with the screw everytime we turn it. So... what now? lol

With some types of toggle bolts, you can extract the bolt by using pressure when turning the bolt to remove it - hold the bolt and pull down on it while unscrewing it from the ceiling - this will put pressure on the toggle enough to allow it to stay against the ceiling. Some types of toggles won't work like that, but it's worth a try
